Eddy Fry - Owner

I started doing lawn maintenance and landscaping while in high school as a way to earn extra spending money. I soon realized how much I enjoyed helping my great-grandmother and her friends with their yards and gardens. I continued with my landscaping and lawn maintenance all during my college education at Southwest Texas State University. At Texas State I majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. I took many courses in Botany and Taxonomy and enjoyed learning all about plants and their environments.

Upon graduation, I began my career in the corporate world, and later earned a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio. After 5 years in a corporate environment, I realized I needed to return to my first love of working outdoors. In late 2007 I formed "Greenhaven Landscape & Irrigation", and in early 2008 I became a Licensed Irrigator.

I really love Landscape Design, working with all the wonderful plants we have available here in Texas, and putting them together to create beautiful, living environments for people to enjoy. And, creating an irrigation plan to keep the landscape beautiful while conserving water is an exciting challenge I look forward to with each project. My goal is to make sure you enjoy living with your new landscaping as much as I enjoy planning and installing it for you!

Became licensed irrigator in January 2008
